Virtual Market Up ("we", "us") is a marketing agency registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 75850591, VAT number NL002353319B55, registered at Papaverweg 34, 1032 KJ Amsterdam, The Netherlands. What data we collect

When you use our contact form or the Free Digital Growth Scan, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, and optionally your phone number and website. For the scan we also store your answers, your score, and where you came from (for example the social media post or page that led you here). Like most websites, our server also processes technical data such as your IP address for security and to prevent abuse.

Why we use your data

• To show and email you your scorecard, and to reply to your message. Legal basis: your consent and our agreement to provide what you asked for.
• To send follow-up tips by email, only if you ticked that box. Legal basis: your consent. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.
• To call you, only if you asked for a call or booked one. Legal basis: your consent.
• To keep our website secure and to improve our services. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We use service providers to run our website and send email, such as our hosting provider. They process data only on our instructions.

How long we keep data

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above. If we have no contact with you for a longer period, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Cookies

We only use cookies that are needed for the website to function. If we add analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to receive your data in a portable format. Send your request to info@virtualmarketup.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
